Combined Code

At the core of NEOVIA Financial’s operations is a strong foundation in corporate governance. This reaches into all areas of NEOVIA Financial and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and is always a key factor in the way NEOVIA is managed. Central to this is the way in which the Board conducts its own operations, governs NEOVIA Financial and sets and monitors fundamental internal policies. The Board fully endorses the spirit of the 2003 Combined Code (the “Code”) as set out in the Financial Services Authority Listing Rules, whilst being cognizant of NEOVIA's specific circumstances in terms of its size, nature and stage of development.

These strong principles provide a constant grounding for the way NEOVIA Financial operates, particularly in challenging times, such as those experienced recently.
