Directors Buy Shares in Company

The Company announces that it was notified on 1 July 2004 of the following purchases of the common shares of 1p each of the Company (“shares”) by Corvina International Ltd. (“Corvina”):

Corvina is interested in 70,977,550 shares representing 59.24 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. Corvina is owned 60.36 per cent by Stephen Lawrence and 36.99 per cent by John Lefebvre, both of whom are Directors of the Company. By virtue of their ownership in Corvina, Stephen Lawrence and John Lefebvre are each interested in 59.24 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
