Result of Annual General Meeting

NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), a leading online money transfer service provider, is pleased to announce that, at the Third Annual General Meeting of the Company today, all of the resolutions proposed were passed. This included the resolution to authorise the Company to make market purchases of its ordinary shares, subject to certain limitations. The Board is pleased to announce that, with effect from the close of today’s Board meeting, Gord Herman has been appointed as Executive Chairman of NETELLER PLC. The Board wishes to thank Steve Lawrence for his contribution as the Company’s outgoing Chairman, and for his efforts and dedication to creating and building NETELLER into the successful business it is today, and also looks forward to Steve’s continuing contribution as a non-executive director.
