NETELLER PLC Appointment and Investor Call Replay Details


NETELLER Plc (‘NETELLER’ or the ‘Company’), a leading online money transfer service provider, today announces that Andrew Gilchrist, formerly an investment banker with Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited, has joined the Company as Vice President, Corporate Development & Communications.

Andrew will manage NETELLER’s investor relations programme and will also use his widespread investment banking expertise to assist in corporate development initiatives for the NETELLER Group. Andrew was most recently a corporate financier with Canaccord, the Company’s nominated adviser and broker, and has previously worked for Credit Lyonnais Securities, Bear Stearns and HSBC. Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1996.

The Company will be publishing its interim results for the half year to 30 June 2005 on 2 September 2005 and will hold a conference call on that day at 2.00 pm (BST) for analysts and institutional investors.
