NETELLER plc (‘NETELLER’ or the ‘Company’), a leading online money transfer service provider, today announces that Mr Ronald Martin has joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer.
Ron has extensive management experience in service, outsourcing and high growth software firms. He has held varied executive positions with companies such as FirstService Corporation (Executive Vice President - Operations), Job Advantage.com (Vice President - Corporate Services), Salesnet Inc (Vice President - Sales, Corporate & Business Development) and, most recently, Globoforce Ltd Vice President - North America) where he was recruited by Benchmark Capital to lead all aspects of Globoforce’s North American operations, with a focus on rapid top line growth and sound product development.

The Company also announces the proposed appointment of KPMG Audit LLC to act as the Company’s auditors with immediate effect. The decision was based principally on the strength of KPMG’s Isle of Man team, represented by more than 80 partners, managers and professional staff.
