NETELLER PLC - AGM Statement


NETELLER plc (‘NETELLER’ or the ‘Company’), a leading online money transfer service provider, makes the following statement in advance of its Annual General Meeting today:

For the first quarter of 2005, NETELLER reported strong growth, increased margins and profitability, with over 1.5 million customers at 31 March 2005.

During the first two months of the second quarter the Company has continued to expand its base of customers and merchants in line with expectations, including the addition of both Betfair and Expekt as registered merchants, and is making good progress on the expansion of its Asian activities through the integration of Quick Access in Macau.

Gord Herman, Chief Executive Officer, commented "We are confident that NETELLER will continue to demonstrate strong organic growth in line with our strategic goals."

The next update on trading is expected to be on 2 September 2005 when NETELLER will announce its Interim Results for the half year to 30 June 2005.
